Love the shoes! Customer service was fantastic! Cassie was so helpful and patient and very knowledgeable on helping me get the right shoes and fit, she also was very conscientious of the other customers at the same time and very attentive to us all No rush , no pressure, Great experience ! Will definitely be going back, My daughter was also planning on going back soon to get sized and purchase shoes there ! Great selection and amazing customer service!

So nice to have a REAL shoe store! It's nice to be able to browse and try on - rather than the endless cycle of ordering shoes to only send back because of size or style. The people at Beck's are super helpful and nice, too.

Patrick found me a pair of shoes after trying on almost 20 pairs. His patience and his smile was amazing. I have a lot of foot issues and he worked with me to find perfect matches. I walked away an extremely happy customer.

Great customer service & selection of shoes. Patrick was a joy to help my 92 year old father with his shoe needs in the Medford store. Its nice to have such a great place that actually is knowledgeable, most places are serve yourself these days. We will be back!

I had purchased and worn a pair of shoes two days ago. I wanted to return them because of my lack of noticing that they were going to hurt my feet. I was unsure how Becks would react to my concerns. I was helped ny Lola and I found her very understanding and helpful. I was very satisfied with the exchange of shoes and the positive attitude of Beck's salesperson Lola. I will return to Becks for my next pair of shoes and I will look for Lola when I enter the store .

I recently got plantar fasciitis after having a baby and needed to figure out relief for my feet in and out of the house. Laurie was SO helpful in scanning my foot pressure, figuring out what type of support I needed, and selecting shoe options in the styles I was looking for. I left with 3 pairs of very cute and supportive shoes and will be going back for more! Highly recommend the store and investing in your feet!

My first time shopping at Beck's Shoes. I can't rave enough about customer service representative Lola. Just quite simply, Great. I walk and hike an average if 90 miles a week. The time she took with me and her knowledge of what my needs are went above and beyond anything I expected. Beck's is now my shoe store and it's because of Lola. I will definitely be back whenever I need anything shoe related. Thanks Lola...

I love Becks Shoes. Great customer service from Lola B. today! I tried on so many pairs and different sizes and she gave me all the time I needed with no pressure. She also gave great advice! She told me that you can wear red shoes with anything - you don’t have to match your outfit. And I think she is right! I’m going to give it a try. Thank you Becks and Lola!

7/10/26. We couldn’t be happier with Becks shoes. We used to go there before Covid when it was Johnson’s shoes. Both my husband and I have problem feet. Buying shoes is not fun for us at all. Lola was our sales lady at Becks. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and so friendly, it made buying new shoes enjoyable and not the dreaded trip of trying on shoes after shoes. We weren’t even there very long which is usually not the case. I have a torn tendon in my left foot and I usually have to get big black shoes that look like men’s shoes and make my feet look huge. I actually got to get some pretty women’s shoes and they feel great on my feet. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully we get Lola again for our sales lady.
