Beck’s had a variety of my favorite shoes to choose from. Patrick gladly performed an updated scan of my foot and suggested shoes to try. As we tried different pairs on, he educated me and helped me find the right fit. The store also had some great offers so I felt like my money was well spent.

My doctor suggested that I try Becks shoes because of ligament pain in my ankles. They have a sensor that you can stand on and it maps out your foot and the way you stand. They were very helpful and took the time to show me what kind of shoe that I need and what to look for. Turns out, I have been wearing the wrong kind of shoes this whole time. After changing to the right shoe fit, my ankle pain is finally gone. I highly recommend both the Grants Pass and Medford locations. They were very helpful!

I had a very good experience today in this store. The salesperson, who told me she’d only been there a month, was excellent. Very knowledgeably about the products and pleasant. She treated me with respect and care while trying several pairs of shoes on me. Good job.

I love supporting local shops and Becks is my go to place for quality shoes. This time I went to the location in Medford and was helped by the amazing Lola. She was very friendly and attentive. I was able to find so many pairs of shoes that loved, but I narrowed it down to 2 pairs a pair of black boots and of course a summer must Birkenstocks.

Love the shoes! Customer service was fantastic! Cassie was so helpful and patient and very knowledgeable on helping me get the right shoes and fit, she also was very conscientious of the other customers at the same time and very attentive to us all No rush , no pressure, Great experience ! Will definitely be going back, My daughter was also planning on going back soon to get sized and purchase shoes there ! Great selection and amazing customer service!

I have been researching and looking for a good durable sandal and work shoe and thought it wouldn’t hurt to check this place out. Upon walking in I was able to get a free foot analysis and was able to try on multiple different shoes that were suggested and recommended for their support and quality. Patrick did a fantastic job helping me today and making me and my family feel so welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend making the investment in good shoes and ask for Patrick, he will get you in a good pair!

I love Becks Shoes. Great customer service from Lola B. today! I tried on so many pairs and different sizes and she gave me all the time I needed with no pressure. She also gave great advice! She told me that you can wear red shoes with anything - you don’t have to match your outfit. And I think she is right! I’m going to give it a try. Thank you Becks and Lola!

7/10/26. We couldn’t be happier with Becks shoes. We used to go there before Covid when it was Johnson’s shoes. Both my husband and I have problem feet. Buying shoes is not fun for us at all. Lola was our sales lady at Becks. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and so friendly, it made buying new shoes enjoyable and not the dreaded trip of trying on shoes after shoes. We weren’t even there very long which is usually not the case. I have a torn tendon in my left foot and I usually have to get big black shoes that look like men’s shoes and make my feet look huge. I actually got to get some pretty women’s shoes and they feel great on my feet. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully we get Lola again for our sales lady.
